My wardrobe during winter was grey, black, camo, and touches of blush on repeat! More recently I’m adoring all the floral prints that are making a big splash with major retailers and small boutiques. It’s such a girly trend but you can also find tropical prints such as a palm print that doesn’t feel as girly. My dress is from one of my favorite online retailers, and I highly recommend shopping/checking out the site. It’s a favorite of mine for finding trendy clothing, house hold items, kid gear, gifts, and more at a discount price. This blue cold shoulder floral dress was from for only $34.99! I recently had a girls night out so I threw it on with some booties and tassel earrings to dress it up a bit! The floral trend is so easy to take from day to night making it super versatile! My dress was sold out but I linked a bunch of my favorite floral finds at the bottom of this post! I’m obsessed with the floral wrap dress linked and the Ted Baker clutch is so beautiful! Hope everyone had a lovely Easter! xx

Floral & White Denim

{ Rayban sunnies, Target embroidered clutch, Lush floral blouse, Paige jeansSteve Madden heels – cute sale option here }

Floral is having a great moment in fashion, and it makes me so happy. I tend to love anything paired with white jeans, and this blouse (Nordstrom Rack) with its tropical vibes makes me want to grab a Mai Tai and fly back to Maui. I love classic floral prints, but a tropical print is so fresh and fun. A few great options –> Lily Pulitzer has an adorable Island inspired tunic in 5 fabulous color combos. I also adore this Nicole Miller option. Ivanka Trump’s line of floral print blouses, dresses, and shoes, are both affordable and beautiful. If you follow me on Instagram, this Ivanka Trump blouse was featured, and is currently on sale at Saks Off Fifth. The key to wearing a tropical print without it looking like you should be in Bali, is to keep the rest of your look non vacation like. Think strappy heels or sandals, white or distressed jeans. Instead of beachy hair waves, a messy top knot is an unexpected and fun hairstyle for this look. Or throw on a blazer to wear this look for work. Regardless of how you wear a tropical print, it will make you happy, dreaming of your next sunset on the beach.
