We had such a lovely vacation with the kids in Kauai! I’m still sorting through all my pics so stay tuned for a Travel Diary (last one here) coming to a glaMoMorous life soon. We ate some fabulous local island cuisine that I can’t wait to share about! Today’s post is all about this lovely green dress! I just adore the colors of this airy dress with the varying hues of green! Turquoise has long been a favorite color of mine but I find myself loving these greens! Maybe it’s all those palm tree prints that are sweeping summer fashion. Anyhow this dress is such a steal at $24. It’s top rated and I love that it’s the perfect shape for all body types! I’m wearing a size small (my usually size) and it has plenty of room. I’d say if you usually wear a size medium you could probably get away with a small. Shop it here, it’s definitely one of my new favorite dresses for summer!
My wardrobe during winter was grey, black, camo, and touches of blush on repeat! More recently I’m adoring all the floral prints that are making a big splash with major retailers and small boutiques. It’s such a girly trend but you can also find tropical prints such as a palm print that doesn’t feel as girly. My dress is from one of my favorite online retailers, Jane.com and I highly recommend shopping/checking out the site. It’s a favorite of mine for finding trendy clothing, house hold items, kid gear, gifts, and more at a discount price. This blue cold shoulder floral dress was from Jane.com for only $34.99! I recently had a girls night out so I threw it on with some booties and tassel earrings to dress it up a bit! The floral trend is so easy to take from day to night making it super versatile! My dress was sold out but I linked a bunch of my favorite floral finds at the bottom of this post! I’m obsessed with the floral wrap dress linked and the Ted Baker clutch is so beautiful! Hope everyone had a lovely Easter! xx
My love for floral is no secret, and this long sleeve midi dress is such a beautiful print and fit. It would be perfect for a spring wedding or graduation party. I added an embellished stretch belt from Francescas for a touch of sparkle and kept the shoes neutral (btw, I constantly wear these shoes). I love that the dress shows very little skin, but still feels romantic and ladylike. This dress is available for $35, but I’ve also linked some other great options at the end of this post.
Happy Memorial Day weekend all! We are staying local, since we are still very much in puppy land (meaning little sleep). Hope everyone has a safe and celebratory weekend honoring our country’s heroes!
Part 2 to my holiday series is festive floral! Sequins and sparkly dresses are everywhere for New Years, and I’m always a fan of the look! But a feminine floral dress is a great alternative to wear, and a wonderful way to stand out amongst the sparkle. With a glamorous necklace and sexy heels, the dress is still perfectly festive to ring in the New Year.
